What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact support within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I receive my license key after purchase?

Once payment is complete, you'll receive an email with your license key and activation instructions. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Can I use the same license on multiple servers?

Yes! MEDIUM and MAX tiers allow up to 3 concurrent server activations. You can deactivate a server from your dashboard to free up a slot for another server.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.

Is my server data secure and private?

Absolutely. We're privacy-first and GDPR compliant. Your server data stays on your server. We only process the minimal data needed for license validation. No conversation logs are ever stored on our servers.

Do I get updates and new features?

Yes! All tiers (including FREE) receive regular updates with bug fixes and stability improvements. Paid tiers also get access to new features as they're released. MAX tier users get early access to beta features.

What AI providers are included?

BASIC tier includes 1-2 basic providers. MEDIUM and MAX tiers include all supported providers: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Anthropic (Claude), Groq, Ollama (self-hosted), and more as we add them.
